It is a 6 week program of spiritual and physical exercises to incorporate into your daily life. On Mondays, the focus is on Bible study. Tuesdays will be a highlighted prayer. Wednesdays will stress fasting. Thursdays will emphasize healthy living. On Fridays, you'll invest in financial stewardship. The focus on Saturdays will be serving others. Each day has a warm up (reading of the Word), biblical exercises to complete (questions to answer), cool down prayer to God) and a challenge and cardio is given.
