Review: Loved + Blessed subscription box

Image
I received my first box of Loved + Blessed for review and I couldn't wait to open it up to see what goodness it contained!  When I opened the box, I saw a large sticker that read, 'Forgiveness' which is the theme for the month of April. This month, it talks about that we've been forgiven and that it's time to forgive ourselves. I know I make mistakes every day and know that it's only by God's grace that I'm forgiven daily. Every day I need God's forgiveness. We all fall short of God's glory. Thank God He is there to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness! This is a card that that tells you the theme and what's inside the box! Here is a mini poster that I plan on framing or putting inside my Bible cover. The small card that you see is a Scripture card. There is also a sticker that you can put on anything that you'd like. I'm going to put mine on my iPad mini as a reminder that I'm no...

Review & Giveway: GMovies

Image
I was really excited for the opportunity to review a site through FlyBy Promotions called:  'gMovies'  for 6 months for FREE! It's like Netflix however, it's faith oriented and inspirational. You can stream these movies on your desktop, ipad, or mobile device. gMovies is operated by   UP . It's a family friendly television network that is honorable and that's hard to come by these days. I personally love the Dramas, Bible movies, and Animations. For just $4.99 a month, you can pick from almost 300 movies with many different genres!  I watched 'The Torchlighters: Heroes of the Faith: The Perpetua Story.' The next movie that I want to watch is Bonhoeffer: Agent of Grace. I enjoy World War II movies as well and people taking a stand for Christ and dying for their faith. This is one movie that I've been wanting to see for some time now and now, I can!  I was given a Reader code for my subscribers for 2 FREE wks!! Woohooo!  Sign u...

Review: Nutraplex Megaberry and Pineapple Coconut Bars

Image
I was given the opportunity by Nutraplex to try two of their bars for review. One of them is the Megaberry Bar and the other one is a Pineapple Coconut one. I was a little leary about these bars being that, I usually don't eat protein bars. I do like a couple of the Luna bars and now, I was going to try these out. So, I opened them up and to my surprise, the Megaberry Bar was seriously so good...great taste, moist and chewy!  Some of the ingredients in this bar contain: Dates, Chia Seeds, Cranberry, Cashews, Honey, Raisins, Safflower Oil, Blueberries (with sugar, sunflower oil), Strawberries, Raspberries and Acai Powder.  The Pineapple Coconut bar was ok. It wasn't as moist and it didn't have that wow factor to me like the Megaberry. So, I do prefer the berry one. Some of the ingredients in this bar, are: Dates, Chia Seeds, Cashews, Coconut, Honey, Almonds and Pineapple.  Both of these bars give you n atural energy, are  Non-GMO...

Along with my multi-vitamin, I'm also taking the Life & Food Omega-3 Supreme 1,400 mg fish oil .  It does not have a fishy taste to it, nor will it give you fish burps.  The suggested use for these is that you take two softgels daily with a meal. These are small but mighty. :)  This fish oil is MSC-certified sustainable from the USA and comes from wild caught Alaskan pollock.   How Omega-3 Supreme Fish Oil Benefits You: Improves Heart Health  Balances Cholesterol Levels Prevents Hypertension Facilitates in the Building and Maintenance of Bones Maintains Healthy Brain Function Helps Prevent Nerve Damage Prevents Mood Disorders Helps Balance Hormones Aids in Growth, Repair, and Development of Muscles and Tissue I recommend this product to family, friends and readers alike. Review: La Pedi Bon Pedicure kit

Image
I've never used a Pedicure kit before so I was in for a treat when mine arrived! When I received the La Pedi Bon Callus Remover, I couldn't wait to try it out! Here is what the kit includes: a lovely blue callus remover, replacement roller, a small cleaning brush and a user manual. Batteries are not included.  So, I got to work using the roller on my dry feet. You can also use this if your feet are wet also. I was thrilled to see the dry patches literally shredding off of me! :) I do recommend placing a paper towel, bath towel, napkins, or tissues...whatever you have on hand, under your feet so that the dead skin that's coming off doesn't go in your carpet or all over your hard wood floor. :) You don't have to press hard with this, if you do, the roller will stop.  Gross pic below, I know, BUT it was getting rid of the dead skin and I was happy about that!     It takes a little getting used to but I was pretty pleased with my results.  ...
