Lost On A Mountain In Maine review and $10 Amazon gift card giveaway ends 11/1!!

Disclosure: Thank you to WIT PR for providing a screening of this movie for review.

Synopsis: The inspiring true story of 12-year-old Donn Fendler who, separated from his family by a fast-moving storm, must fight to stay alive while lost for nine-days in the remote wilderness of northern Maine. Donn’s disappearance captures national headlines and sparks a massive search effort attracting hundreds of volunteers, including his own father who fears he may never see his son again. see Lost on a Mountain in Maine in theaters starting November 1st!

I enjoy a good survivor type of story involving the wilderness. This is a true story of 12 yrs old Donn Fendler who was lost for 9 days. This happened in 1939 before World War 2. His father went out and searched for him as well as search and rescue people. Donn tried his best to survive and learn from what his father taught him. His instincts kicked in and his will to survive and to see his family again. This is a bit of documentary in this film as the real life characters are speaking in it along with photographs and video footage of Donn. I enjoyed this film and recommend it to anyone.
