Review: Yorkshire MayFair pillowcases


I received 2 1000 thread gray standard pillow cases by Yorkshire-Mayfair for review purposes. On Amazon, it says the following: 

  • Made of 100% Egyptian Cotton
  • Machine wash cold, tumble dry on low
  • Luxurious 1000 Thread
  • Ultra-Soft and Comfy
  • Shrinkage-proof



When I opened this package up, I saw a huge ink mark on one of the pillow cases. This is NOT what I was expecting. It seriously looks like these pillow cases were used.



 I have tried quite a few times contacting this company through Tomoson and haven't heard back from them about why this came the way it did. Not only did it have this HUGE ink mark, I don't think the quality is as they say...'luxurious'. It certainly wasn't imo. It lacked quality a GREAT deal!  Sadly, I CAN'T recommend this company, Yorkshire-Mayfair to family, friends and readers of my blog for various reasons as entailed.

I was really excited for the opportunity to review a site through FlyBy Promotions called:  'gMovies'  for 6 months for FREE! It's like Netflix however, it's faith oriented and inspirational. You can stream these movies on your desktop, ipad, or mobile device. gMovies is operated by   UP . It's a family friendly television network that is honorable and that's hard to come by these days. I personally love the Dramas, Bible movies, and Animations. For just $4.99 a month, you can pick from almost 300 movies with many different genres!  I watched 'The Torchlighters: Heroes of the Faith: The Perpetua Story.' The next movie that I want to watch is Bonhoeffer: Agent of Grace. I enjoy World War II movies as well and people taking a stand for Christ and dying for their faith. This is one movie that I've been wanting to see for some time now and now, I can!  I was given a Reader code for my subscribers for 2 FREE wks!! Woohooo!  Sign u
